Items awaiting stock

Some products are ordered before stock is available. Payment is taken when you place your order. Arrival and dispatch dates are estimates; we will communicate material delays.

Change of mind

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or cancellations on purchases of items awaiting stock, including where you select the wrong size or colour, no longer want the item or find it cheaper elsewhere. Please check the product description and sizing information before ordering.

This restriction does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, defective or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, defective, incorrect or does not match its description, contact team@wearlfg.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.

We may assess the item before providing a remedy. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may repair the item within a reasonable time. Other remedies remain available as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults where required by law.

Product care

To help extend the life of your WEAR LFG products:

Hand wash gently in cold water.
Air dry in the shade.
Machine washing and tumble drying are not recommended.
Follow the care label supplied with each product. If its instructions differ from these general recommendations, follow the product’s label.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, alterations or failure to follow the supplied care instructions is not covered by our fault remedies. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.

Machine washing alone does not automatically void your rights. Any exclusion applies to damage caused by the treatment concerned, not an unrelated product fault.

Your consumer rights

Our products come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, including rights relating to goods that are not supplied.
